Shipping & Refund Policy

When you purchase any products or services from BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED web site, you can expect to receive the product or services as per the following terms and conditions:

1. The products or services that you have purchased from BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED web site must be fully paid. No dispatches will take place whatsoever in the event of credit payment, partial payment or nonpayment, if any.

2. Products or services purchased by you will be delivered to your destination address within a four weeks from the date of order from our central warehouse in Ahemdabad, Gujarat anywhere in India, either by reputed couriers or speed post. We are committed to deliver your products accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us here.

3. Each order placed by you will be shipped only to a single destination address specified as per the online sign up or at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

4. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies or India Post and provide online tracking facility in the ‘BIZON Back Office’.

5. We make our best efforts to ship each product in your order within a maximum of 24 working hours from our end and provide docket number in the ‘BIZON Back Office’ for real time online tracking. However, in some extreme cases, it may take slightly longer, up to 30 working days, to ship the order as there may be unexpected delay from our third party contract manufacturers and / or service providers. In such unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order within 30 days of the payment towards the order, we shall intimate you on the web site or in ‘BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED News’ or send you an email or make telephone call, informing you about the same. We may request you to either wait further till the product or services is arrived in our warehouse for us to allow to deliver the order if you so wish or purchase alternate products from the list of available products. However, in case you may decline to do so, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the same manner that you have made the payment.

6. If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and intimate to BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED support Team. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement, if eligible, is made to you at the earliest. BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED customer redressed committee reserves the rights to deny any refund or replacement, unless fully satisfied for seeking refund, as per our return and refund policy. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. All return expenses will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy (Now returning is not a big deal)

If a customer is unhappy with BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED products, he can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. He can only return to the distributor from whom he has purchased. After filling a prescribed form distributor can exchange the used product with a fresh product without any cost upon submitting the original invoice. Once a customer returns the product he/she will not be entitled to make any further purchases.

Since only satisfied customers can become BIZON LIFECARE PRIVATE LIMITED distributors, he/she cannot claim refund, can only exchange the product from the company. Distributors can cancel the first order against the termination of his distributorship before the cut- off date of the same week. Once a distributor cancels his first order he will not be entitled to have a new distributorship for the next 90 days from the date of cancellation.

There is no any return policy for joining products.
